Develop a prototype for a sustainable product & CSR marketing campaign for a local NY brand of your choice.
Today, Strand Bookstore carries over 2.5 million used, new, and rare books, covering topics as far-ranging from philosophy to finance. The store also offers an ever-changing array of literary gifts and goods from Moleskines to coffee mugs, and everything in-between.
User-friendly convenient platform for sellers to house their libraries and connect with buyers with similar literary interests. Sellers upload their books into a platform where buyers can purchase directly from them. Once a buyer requests a book, the seller has 24hrs to respond and arrange a time and place to meet and exchange the book. Payments are taken care of seamlessly via the Strand platform which takes place upon confirmation of the exchange by the buyer. Strand receives 10% of every purchase (5% from the seller, and 5% from the buyer).
